A barrier-free museum
The Natural History Museum is almost completely barrier-free, as is the Museum of Archaeology next door. It can be accessed from Promenadenstrasse and via the museum garden. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the ground floor. The building has a lift.
Numerous exhibits in both the Natural History Museum and the Museum of Archaeology next door can be examined using not only your sight but also your other senses. Assistance and guide dogs are permitted in the exhibition rooms.
